After the group drawwhere Los Leones share with Netherlands, Japan and New ZealandThis Wednesday, March 18, the World Cup fixture was announced, the most important tournament of the year at the national team level.

Argentina makes up group A, and will play the group stage in the Netherlands. On Sunday, August 16 at 2:00 p.m. Argentine time, they will debut against Japan (14th). Two days later, On Tuesday the 18th they will face the locals, number 1 in the international ranking, at 1:00 p.m. and will close the first phase on Thursday the 20th with New Zealand (11th) at 7:30 in the morning.

Those who will debut as the first men’s match to be played in the World Cup in the Netherlands are India and Wales, for group D; while in Belgium the debut will be made by Germany and Malaysia, in group B.
