Tom Boonen, former world cycling champion: “There were women who pinched my ass before the start of the races. At those times, they just consider you a piece of meat”

The Belgian ex-cyclist and former world road champion Tom Boonen45, has revealed that When he was active it was common for there to be women who harassed himthey will touch your private parts and treat you like “a piece of meat.”

“There were women who pinched my ass before the races started.. In those moments, they simply consider you a piece of meat,” Boonen commented on a program on Flemish television VTM.

The former cyclist, winner of six stages of the Tour de France, two of the Vuelta a España and four editions of the classic Paris-Roubaix, explained that he was about 21 years old when he became famous and that The harassment often came from women “between 45 and 50 years old”which also touched his crotch.

“When you’re 25 and you say it bothers you, they just laugh at you,” Boonen said.
