The lionesses who traveled to Valencia

The women’s team is already in the city of Valencia, Spain, to concentrate and have a series of training. The squad prepares for the closing of the Pro League that is in June and for the Copa América that will be in July. Both classify the 2026 World Cup.

Some traveled from Buenos Aires, including Agostina Alonso, Lourdes Pishon, Juana Castellaro, María Emilia Forcherio, Ana Luz Dodorico, Sofía Toccalino, Sofía Cairó, Victoria Falasco, Victoria Miranda, Eugenia Trinchinetti, Zoe Díaz, Brisa Brugesser and María Emili Larsenwhile those who are playing abroad joined the squad once already in the old continent: Cristina Cosentino, Valentina Raposo, Agustina Gorzelany, Valentina Costa Biondi, Victoria Sauze, the Granatto, María José and Victoria sisters, and Julieta Jankunas.

This tour has the main objective of training to finally achieve the desired result in the next tournaments: THE PASSAGE TO THE 2026 World Cup. The ticket can be obtained in the Pro League 2024/25 (he classifies the champion, unless he is one of the already classified and then the second, third or who corresponds in the table will go), or in the Julio Copa América that will take place in Uruguay, where also who also stays with the gold obtains the square. From the second to the fifth they go to Premundial.

On April 24, the Lions will return to Argentina and will continue the home training until the next challenge.
