Martín Elli, a man of experience within the CT of Las Leonas

SANTIAGO DEL ESTERO (Special Envoy) – Generating a positive environment is key to the success of a field hockey team. Martin Ellia connoisseur with vast experience in concentrations and travel, He became the first male team leader to accompany Las Leonas. The closing of 2024 for Las Leonas was a dream. They managed to end the four-year winless drought against the Netherlands. The emotions were on the surface and the relief of both the players and the members of the staff technical was total. On a day-to-day basis, the energy that voices of experience can convey are key to making the game on the field as fluid as possible. “I want to be able to give them peace of mind and let them do what they really know and what brought them here, which is playing hockey.”Elli explained. “My goal is for them to have everything within reach so they can just put their mind to it. Fernando Ferrara showed that his pulse does not tremble when it comes to trying new faces, new ideas or new approaches.
