Jannik Sinner had no problems with Alex De Miñaur and breaks Novak Djokovic’s numbers

It was 6-3 and 6-4 in a match that never lost control beyond suffering a break in each set.

Thus, he reached his eighth final of the year, with only 10 tournaments played. Sinner beat the Australian in all 12 matches against each other, in a colossal paternity.

It is the first player to reach eight finals in a row since Novak Djokovic did it a decade ago.

This is his 20th consecutive victory on the court indoorfollowing their coronations in Davis Cup 2023 and 2024, Rotterdam 2024 and ATP Finals 2024. There are already 61 celebrations in their last 67 matches on all surfaces.
