Facundo Isa and an emotional farewell from Toulon, before returning to Los Pumas

They are weeks of great emotions to Facundo Isathat this Saturday and after a year of absence he hopes to make his return to Los Pumas at the start of the series against England. I revived the game at Disney+.

But while waiting for his reunion with the celestial and white after his sabbatical year of the team, the Santiago already left his eight seasons behind with Toulon.

The third line left the club with which he conquered the Challenge Cup 2022/23 To assume a new challenge in the French rugby, next to Julián Montoya in Pau.

Through his Instagram account and while concentrating on Buenos Aires with Los Pumas, Isa wrote an emotional farewell to Toulon and its people.

Facundo Isa’s message:

I really don’t know where to start because it took me some time to realize that I will no longer be part of this club that I loved and gave me. Eight years full of learning, both personal and sports.

I have been lucky to meet some incredible players, see the club grow and see him become what he is today. I feel extremely proud to have been part of the story we wrote together with the Rouge et Noir. I go with memories, jokes, laughs, trips … and many more.

I want to thank the entire coaching staff with which I worked, which helped shape the player I have become. Thanks also to the medical staff, who has accompanied me over the years, and the administration of the club, who are always there to help me.

Finally, and above all, because that is what made me fall in love with this club, I want to thank all the people of Toulon the support they have given me during all these years together. I hope I have been as close to you as you were from me and have returned some of the joy you gave me in each party and each practice.
