The fixture of the Argentine Tournament of Knights Selections

The Argentine Selections Major Tournament will begin on Wednesday, July 2 in the city of Rosario and will culminate on the 6th of the same month. The Argentine Hockey Confederation called the “Gaby Pando” contest, by the historic Las Leonas player who died in February 2024. He reviewed the full fixture of the initial phase.

The championship will be played in five days and will have 16 provinces divided into two tournaments: Tournament Championship and Ascent Tournament. Each will have eight teams, divided into two zones. In the previous editions, the Argentine championship of major selections ascent to was played separately and the first two ascended directly. This year, the teams must face the worst two of the championship phase, to be deserving to dispute the top of the circuit.

In the 2025 edition they participate in the championship tournament, in Knights: Mendoza (current champion)Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Litoral, Tucumán, Tandil, San Juan and Salta. While in the Ascent Tournament Santiago del Estero, Entre Ríos, Santa Fe, Neuquén, Bahía, Catamarca, La Rioja and Chubut will play.

The parties will be carried out on the courts of the Luciana Aymar World Cup stadium, the Jockey Club and the Gymnastics and Fencing Club of Rosario, and will have an unpublished format for this competition.
