The Buenos Aires Cup already has its 2024 champions

Another hockey season ended in Buenos AiresThis Sunday, December 8, at the Belgrano Athletic Club, the finals of the Baires Championship and Development Cup were played.

Regarding the gentlemen, GEBA He won 4 to 2 against Ducilo and took the trophy to Palermo. The last title for the Gimnasia men had been the 2022 Metropolitan Tournament, and by winning the 2024 Baires Cup they got the ticket to compete in the 2025 Super 8.

In the Ladies Championship the story was different from the beginningbecause Hills -being the champion of the Metropolitan Tournament- was already classified for the Super 8 and, therefore, by defeating River in the semifinals, Ducilo was left with the quota granted in women. Then, regarding the match, the Ducileras fought until the end but Las Conejas brought out their entire hierarchy and surpassed them 3 to 2 to keep all the titles they competed for in the year.

Lomas Athletic Club lachieved a milestone in Argentine hockey and became the first team to win three trophies in the same calendar year.
