The standing standsaccording to the DFB, have been a characteristic sign of German football for decades. That is why we now want to promote a vital and variable culture also around the selection.

The DFB relies on a decision of the UEFA Executive Committee which has decided to extend its opening program for standing stands, which began in the 2022/2023 season and in which ten federations participate, until the 2026/2027 season and expand it to all competitions.

Until now the project was limited to men’s club competitions.
