Robinho Jr., son of the former Madrid footballer, will play in Serie A

Genoa announced this Thursday the signing of the Brazilian attacker Robson Junior Guglielmetti de Souzaknown as Robinho Jr.son of former Brazilian international player Robinho, who arrives on loan from Santos with a purchase option.

Born in 2007, the young forward, from 18 yearswill face his first professional experience outside of Brazil in Italy.

Trained in the lower categories of the Saintshas accumulated 38 appearances and four goals between professional competitions and the Brazilian U-20 championship.

Robinho Jr. is the son of the former Santos, Real Madrid, Manchester City and Milan player, among other clubs.

Genoa incorporates the attacker as a bet for the future and trusts in being the right club for the forward to continue his development in Europe.

The player passed the required medical and fitness tests before completing the operation.
