Pro League: Las Leonas will not make up the match against the Netherlands

On December 14, 2025, the second leg match between Argentina and the Netherlands in the Pro League window that was played in Santiago del Estero was suspended. In that window the first match had also been suspended with four minutes remaining, resulting in a 4-0 victory for the Dutch.

Although Fernando Ferrara had announced that there was an agreement between the two countries to play the remaining match when Las Leonas travel in June to play the last European window, It was confirmed that it will not happen, and by regulation the points were left for the Dutch. According to the FIH regulations, both nations have to reach a common point, and if one of the parties does not want the match it is not played.
