National sanctioned with defeat and fine for breaking the norm of foreigners vs Bucaramanga

Atlético Nacional was sanctioned by the Disciplinary Committee of the Professional Football Championship, after breaching the regulation in the match of date 11 of the Tournament of the Colombian League in front of Atlético Bucaramanga.

According to Resolution No. 093, The Verlaga team was sanctioned with defeat and a marker of 0-3 in favor of the Leopardo team, in addition to a fine of 28,470,000 pesos. This is because the club played with four foreign players at the same time, when the regulation only allows a maximum of three, which led to this sanction.

Sanction the National Athletic Club with Defeat for withdrawal or resignation with a marker (0 – 3) in favor of the Bucaramanga SA Club in accordance with article 34 of the FCF CDU and a fine of twenty -eight million four hundred seventy thousand pesos ($ 28,470,000), for incurring the infraction contained in literal g) of article 83, for the events that occurred in the match play Club Atlético Bucaramanga SA, ”says article 1 of the resolution.

In the September 14 match at Atanasio Girardot, Atlético Nacional started with two foreigners on the court: Camilo Cándido Aquino and Juan Francisco Bauza. But in the second half Facundo Agustín Batista and Billy Vladimir Arce entered, thus passing the maximum limit of three allowed foreign players.
