Moncho Fernández: “Casademont has been far superior in everything”

The FIATC Girona coach, Moncho Fernandezhas admitted after the tough defeat this Saturday in Saragossa (107-78) that the rival has been “far superior in all facets of the game.”

“In the last minutes, seeing that the difference was already very difficult to bridge, fatigue also got the better of us and we lowered our arms a little,” he lamented.

The Galician coach has acknowledged that in the second half (59-38) his team has been “very far from what we wanted to do”, against a “very successful” opponent who is playing “incredibly well”.

“In addition, the time that we have defended a little better has coincided with our worst offensive repertoire because we have failed a lot,” he noted.

Moncho has detailed that the Girona They were better in the first half (48-40), but they also made “mistakes” and were unable to impose their style.
