The Colombian cyclist Juan Sebastián Molano He won the classic witches-of Panne, his first 2025 victory and after the victory he was happy for the result.

“In the end we all risk a single goal that is to win and today it touched me, I am very happy for me, for my family, for my team and well, it is my first victory this year and I hope to continue improving.”

Molano referred to the conditions of the race and highlighted his level in the auction: “It is a classic that I have always liked, in recent years I have been in the top ten and today it was relatively quiet, because it did not make much wind, or cold, two years ago it made too cold and wind, it rained all day, today we had luck, I had good legs and I tried from afar.”

The pedalist also talked about how extreme competition is resulting in the present: “The new cycling is now too crazy, too dangerous and more in a race like today that 80% are sprinters, they are very fast boys and I think we risk too much, but well it is the new cycling and I hope that all the people who have fallen today will recover soon and it is nothing serious.”
