The award for MLB Manager of the Year It has been awarded since 1983, and several managers have won it multiple times, with Bobby Cox, Tony La Russa and Buck Showalter topping the list with four awards each.

In 2025, they join the list that has repeated Stephen Vogt (Cleveland Guardians) as American League Manager of the Year, and Pat Murphy (Milwaukee Brewers), who won again in the National League. They both also won last season.
