Liga Bet Play 2025-2: Dimayor announced new measures for the next tournament

Through its president Carlos Mario Zuluaga La Dimayor presented the changes for the competence of the FPC of the second semester of the 2025 season.

Zuluaga formalized the changes between which there will be punishments for players who simulate offenses, more substitutes with youth contribution and more control of archers with the ball in their possession.

The new measures for the Betplay 2025-2 League

-The goalkeeper cannot retain the ball for more than eight seconds. If it does, corner kick will be charged.

-I interaction with the referee. The captain is the only one who can speak with the central.

-The substitutes for supplies will estimateE seven to nine but two of them must be sub 20.

-New calendar raffle system. It is applied from the next league with algorithm and will take into account: stadiums without lighting, prime schedules and ranking, competitions in Conmebol and FIFA, cultural events and commitments of the mayorships.

-The time control substitutions: The replaced player will have 10 seconds to leave the field. If it exceeds that time, the player who enters must wait 60 seconds or a ball arrest. The player must leave the line closest to his position in the field. *Subject to approval of FCF, IFAB and FIFA

-Regulated Medical Action: If a player remains more than 15 seconds, he will be removed from the field and must be out of 120 seconds before entering again. Exceptions: serious injuries, disciplinary sanctions or simultaneous attention to players of both teams. *Subject to approval of FCF, IFAB and FIFA

-Simulation: The sanction for the simulation of offenses will be resumed, according to article 64.f of the CDU of the FCF.
