The Warriors star, Jimmy Butler, suffered a serious fall at the end of the first quarter and a pelvic contusion that forced him to leave game 2 of the playoffs against the Rockets.


Houston – The star of the Golden State Warriors, Jimmy Butlersuffered a serious fall at the end of the first quarter and a pelvic contusion that forced him to abandon the Game 2 against the Houston Rockets Wednesday.

Butler rose to catch a defensive rebound after a failed shot of Ames Thompson, and Thompson crashed into him. Butler crashed into the coxis and immediately seemed to feel pain. Thompson, who struggled with Draymond Green before colliding with Butler, fell to the ground briefly before rising.

Butler remained in the game briefly, scoring one of two free throws, but he was asked to leave at 1:51 from the end of the first quarter. It was evident that it was difficult to move.

Butler moved cautiously when he returned to the locker room. The Warriors ruled out Butler for the game in the second quarter.

If Butler wasting more time, it would be a hard blow to Golden State. Upon arriving at the second game, the Warriors had a 25-8 record (including regular seasonal matches, play-in and postseason) since Butler debuted with the team on February 8 in Chicago.

He scored 25 points, seven rebounds, six assists and five robberies to help Warriors win the first game in Houston on Sunday.

He scored three points and two rebounds in eight minutes before being eliminated on Wednesday.
