Barcelona started with everything against Elche at the Montjuic Olympic Stadium, on date 11 of LaLiga 2025/2026and in less than 12 minutes they already won by two goals difference.

At 8 minutes, Lamine Yamal opened the scoring after a great play by Alejandro Baldewho took advantage of an error at the start of the visiting team to assist the young winger, who scored with his left foot to make it 1-0.

Was the second goal of Barcelona’s “10” in their last 3 games after not scoring in 5 consecutive games between his club and national team.

And just three minutes later, Hansi Flick’s team extended the lead: Fermín López pressed high, recovered a loose ball and assisted Ferran Torres, who pushed the ball to make it 2-0 and sparked the party in Montjuic.

With a devastating start, Barcelona imposed its rhythm and showed all its offensive aggressiveness from the first minutes, with Yamal and Ferran as the protagonists of an ideal start, after the defeat in El Clásico against Real Madrid.

Hansi Flick’s men ended up winning 3-1 and are still in the fight for LaLiga.
