Gastón Revol’s exciting message after his retirement from rugby
“I thought this moment was never going to come. I wish I could continue being happy on that court forever. Because I swear I was, and much more than can be explained in words. In there I grew, I cried, I suffered, I learned, I felt, I laughed, I lived. It gave me everything I am and I hope I have been able to give back even a little,” the Cordoban began in a publication on his social networks.
And he added: “I had the luck and honor to travel the world and play in great stadiums and places, but my greatest wish was always to return home, to feel the pride of putting on the La Tablada blue shirt and defending it with all my strength. I know I did it, and that gives me the peace of mind to be able to say goodbye in peace”he continued.
And he closed: “Today I only have to thank each of the people who were always by my side, supporting all my adventures and enjoying with me each of the beautiful moments that this sport gave me. One of the best stages of my life is over, I hope there will be equally or more beautiful experiences.”he concluded.
