Djokovic, from the hug with Del Potro until the final of the Copa Libertadores

Novak Djokovic arrived in Argentina to face Juan Martín del Potrothis Sunday, December 1, at the exhibition at Parque Roca, which will mark the final farewell of the Tandil native. Upon his arrival to the country, the Serb was received by Delpo and they gave each other a warm hug.

However, shortly after he set foot on albiceleste soil, Djokovic was in charge of presenting the trophy in the preview of the final of the Copa Libertadores 2024, between Atlético Mineiro and Botafogo that will be played at the Monumental stadium, in River Plate.

Nole’s journey through Argentine soil began. Tomorrow, he will have a special visit to Parque Roca to play for the last time with the most important South American rival in his career.

The history between Djokovic and Del Potro marks a total of 20 matches, with 16 victories for Novak and four for Juan Martín. The last of them? At the 2019 Rome Masters 1000, 4-6, 7-6 (6) and 6-4.
