Anti-violence declares the Barça-Maccabi Tel Aviv of the Euroleague high risk

The State Commission against Violence, Racism, Xenophobia and Intolerance in Sports declared this Tuesday a high-risk match Barça-Macabbi Tel Aviv corresponding to the fifth day of the Euroleague which will be played next Tuesday in the Palau Blaugrana from Barcelona.

The same thing happened on January 6 when both teams met in Barcelona in the previous edition of the Euroleague, although on that occasion the match it was played behind closed doors and it ended with a 93-83 Barça victory.

According to the Ministry of the Interior, “the high-risk declaration obliges clubs to adopt additional security measures in the ticket sales system, the separation of fans within sports venues and the control of access to pavilions or stadiums.”

In addition, the security forces reinforce their preventive deployments, especially with regard to the fan monitoringalways in coordination with all the operators involved in the celebration of the sporting event and the protection of attendees.
