Câmara lets himself be loved: “The dream is to be in F1 full time”

“It’s good to see (that you’re an F1 contender),” Câmara tells the FIA Formula 2 website. “But at the same time, I don’t want to get too excited because I’m still in a very important championship, and if I do well, I’ll most likely get my chance. So, for my part, I’m focused on this year.”

“You try to enjoy it as much as possible, but you also have to do a good job,” says Câmara. “It was a very pleasant experience to know how they work in F1. Obviously, I’ve been there sometimes during race weekends, but it’s very different when you’re the driver (…) I’ve learned a lot from them,” he says, referring to Ferrari.
