The trickle of casualties at Barça continues: now Tomas Satoransky

Goodbye day at the Pala Blaugrana. Following the announcement by FC Barcelona of the absences of Myles Cale, Miles Norris and Willy Hernangómez, whose contract ends on June 30, and of Juani Marcos, with whom a separation agreement has been reached to void the remaining year of his contract, the Barça club has just announced the most important farewell in Blaugrana terms, that of point guard Tomas Satoransky, until now captain of the team.

The 34-year-old Czech player also ends his contract on June 30 and Barça does not count on him for the future. He is one of Barça’s most important players in the last fifteen years, with two stages at the club, the first (2014-16) before his NBA stage and the second (2022-26) upon his return from America.

Satoransky has been penalized by the physical problems suffered in recent times. His back has forced him to stop on several occasions and he also suffered heart problems in the spring that caused him to miss several weeks of competition.
