F1: Franco Colapinto, with new colors in the GP of Spain

Alpine turns 70 and to celebrate it, the Argentine and Pierre Gasly will run dressed in white divers. It will be a weekend full of celebrations.

Jean Rédélé became 1950, at the age of 28, in Renault’s youngest concessionaire and emerged his taste for speed as a rally pilot. The Frenchman, born in Dieppe, focused on the competitions carried out in roads by the Alps. For that, in 1955 he developed a car with the Renault 4CV as the basis he called Alpine A106. Thus, the brand was born 70 years ago. The fame of the brand came with the A110 and maintained a technical relationship with the rhombus, which took control in 1973. In 1995, the brand practically disappeared, but in 2016 it returned to the streets of the Matrix and in 2021 entered Formula 1 when renowned the Renault team. This whole story will be held this weekend in the GP of Spain, ninth date of exercise 2025, and Franco Colapinto and Pierre Gasly, their pilots, will be dressed in other colors.

For the occasion, the runners of the team based in Estone will be presented in white, with red and blue living (to form the colors of France) in Barcelona. In addition, the Alpine logo was reconvirting for the tribute and forms the 70s, which can be seen in the two A525.

Not only in Spain will be held this weekend, also in Dieppe, where Rédélé was born, where the brand new A390 model will be presented and there will be a parade of the most mythical Alpine in history. Undoubtedly, a very special weekend for the French brand that will seek to culminate with a good result in Barcelona by the hand of Gasly and Colapinto, something that, at this point, is already very necessary after just having scored points such as team in two of the eight appointments disputed.
