Rain washed out the first day of Gatornationals at the Gainesville Raceway on Thursday and they'll try again to crank things up today.

The problem though again might be the weather; some predictions have as high as an 80 percent chance of thundershowers mainly in the afternoon hours.

Qualifying for the top four classes was not affected by the rain yesterday and that qualifying will start on time today weather permitting.

Sportsman and Comp class qualifying is scheduled to begin at 8am.
