The 41st annual Gatornationals is in the history books today with several drivers celebrating victories after races on Sunday in Gainesville.
In Top Fuel, seven time world champion Tony Schumacher gets his first win of the season by beating teammate Antron Brown with a 3.797 ET at 322 miles an hour. The win was Schumacher's fourth at Gatornationals.
In Funny Car, Tim Wilkerson holds off last year's winner, Bob Tasca, to win this classification. A 4.097 ET and 303 mile per hour run gives Wilkerson his 14th career victory.
In Pro Stock, Jason Line beats Mike Edwards in the final with a quicker start from the line. He had a 6.581 ET at 210 miles an hour to win his second straight title at Gatornationals.
In Pro Stock Motorcycle, Eddie Krawiec gets the win, his first at the Gators and his sixth overall in beating Shawn Gann. Top qualifier Karen Stoffer set a new national elapsed time record with her qualifying run of 6.847 in the first round but she did not reach the final.
