Padraig Harrington spoiled the Cinderella story of Greg Norman Sunday by shooting a one under par 69 to win his second straight British Open title.
Harrington wins in the wind of Royal Birkdale after passing Norman, who held a two shot lead going into Sunday's final round. The 53 year old Norman faded in the final round and ended up in fourth place, six shots behind Harrington.
Ian Poulter finished four shots behind Harrington to grab second place and a shot further back was Henrik Stenson.
Harrington won the tournament on the back nine where he shot 32 to distance himself from the field.
