A total of 10 University of Florida football players are named today to the Coache's All-SEC Preseason Football team.
The largest number of Florida first teamers came on the offensive side of the ball, where tight end Cornelius Ingram, quarterback Tim Tebow, and wide receiver Percy Harvin were selected.
Two Gators are named third team; offensive linemen Phil Trautwein and Jim Tartt.
On defense, middle linebacker Brandon Spikes is a unanimous first team selection. Making the third team are cornerbacks Wondy Pierre-Louis and Joe Haden and safety Major Wright.
Making first team All-SEC Special Teams is return specialist Brandon James from Florida, a junior.
In all, LSU had the most players selected to the All-SEC teams with 14 followed by Florida with 10 and Georgia with nine. The Gators had the most first teamers selected with five.
