Both University of Florida tennis teams have been chosen to host first and second round matchups in the NCAA Tournament to be held May 9-11 in Gainesville.

It is the first time since 2005 that both Gator teams were chosen to be hosts.

The Gator women (20-2) ranked sixth and the regular season SEC champions by going undefeated in the league, will open with Jacksonville (20-5) on May 9th at 6pm. Auburn (15-9) will take on Ohio State (19-7) in the other match.

The Gator men (15-7) were fourth place finishers in the SEC regular season, will take on Navy (20-8) at 10am on May 10th. Nationally ranked Miami (16-7) and South Florida (14-6) will meet in the other match.

The winners in Gainesville will then advance to further NCAA Tournament play in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
