Tennesee Plays At Alabama Tonight In Men's Hoops

The eighth ranked Tennessee Volunteers take to the road tonight to play a nationally televised game with Alabama in Tuscaloosa.

Tennessee is 17-2 overall and 4-1 in SEC play and comes off a win in its last game, an 85-69 win against Georgia where guard Chris Lofton scored 27 points.

Alabama (12-8, 1-4 SEC) has struggled in conference play but does come off a win in its last game against Auburn, a 97-77 win where forward Richard Hendrix scored 20 points and grabbed eight rebounds.

In other SEC news, Florida's next opponent, Arkansas, might be without the services of starting forward Charles Thomas after he was suspended indefinitely by coach John Pelphrey for violating team rules. Thomas has been averaging 10 points and five rebounds a contest for Arkansas.
