A workplace survey that was done by the state P-B-A officials is calling for High Springs Police Chief James Troiano to resign. The survey showed the 9 officers dislike Chief Troiano an felt uncomfortable working in a hostile environment. City Manager, James Drumm, says Police Chief Troiano has worked hard to take the city's police department to a higher professional level. Drumm says a good supervisor should be qualified and take the responsibility to lead the group. Drumm says they are going to have a meeting with the police officers and the union representatives to discuss about the issues.
