With football fans traveling to Atlanta this weekend officials offer advice for safe travel. UF students are preparing for the big SEC championship game as the Gators take on the Alabama Crimson Tide. Florida highway patrol spokesman, Pat Riorden, says be aware of traffic. Riorden says travelers using mapquest directions should anticipate more stops. Riorden says if travelers have to make an emergency stop for any reason make sure to pull off the roadway as soon as possible to clear the way for other drivers. Officials say they will assist drivers if they need help and traffic regulations will be strictly enforced.
