Students from the University of Florida have been selected to participate in a nationwide expansion of the Harvard University Institute of Politics Campus Voices project. UF Academic Programs Assistant, Kimberly Martin says the university's involvement with the program began during the primary season when a group of students came to visit from Harvard.
The project allows college students to share their experiences working with the 2008 presidential race. Students can voice their opinions and report through video clips, written articles, and blog posts on the UF website for Campus Voices. And while Martin admits most college students tend to be more liberal, she says the website will contain a variety of both conservative and liberal material.
The UF website for Campus Voices is sponsored by the Bob Graham Center for Public Service and can be found at http://wwww.campusvoices.org/ufl.
