Project Spokesperson for the Department of Transportation Chip Skinner says the depressions that have been there for quite awhile will finally be smoothed out. Skinner says unsuitable material under the roadway has caused these depressions, and residents should expect delays due to the construction on Thursday. If rain is in the forecast, the construction will be postponed until next week, but if not, residents should be prepared for the delays beginning tomorrow morning.
