Drivers on Archer and Newberry Road can expect delays next week as a two-month construction project begins. Florida Department of Transportation Spokesperson, Chip Skinner, says to allow an additional ten to fifteen minutes for lane closures on Archer, east of 34th Street and Newberry, west of 43rd Street from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Skinner says the construction will be taking care of depressions in the roadways and people should be on the look out for the shifts in traffic. Skinner expects the roadwork will be completed by early November.
