Tropical Storm Fay kept kids out of school for two days, but the Alachua County School Board is looking to get those days back. Public Information Officer for Alachua County Public Schools, Jackie Johnson, believes the School Board must weigh options before reaching a decision about which days to use. The built in flex days are scheduled in November, December and February. Johnson says they're scheduled this way to prevent more lost days. Johnson says the School Board will hopefully make a decision about make-up days, later this week.
