Governor Charlie Crist and other state officials are hoping their wish for today comes true--they want to get Tropical storm Fay totally out of the Florida weather picture. This morning Crist said a lot of is happening as the weather system is long gone from Florida, but flooding problems remain, and it's led to President Bush issuing a disaster declaration. But it's only for four counties--okeechobee, st. lucie, brevard and monroe. Eleven florida deaths have been blamed on the storm, and the governor says monitoring it has been a full time job. Damage estimates are still coming in, but officials say it may be the 100 million dollar range.
