Along with student athletes, two University of Florida professors from the College of Human and Health Performance were selected to participate in the Beijing Olympics. Dr. James Jung and Dr. Daniel Connaughton will leave for Beijing tomorrow where they will serve on a communications committee. Dr. Zhang from the department of tourism, recreation and sports management says he feels very priveleged to work at such a large event. Zhang says he is looking forward to everything he will learn while at the Olympics. Part of the two professors duties will be to facilitate the communication between U-S team and other countries. They will stay in Bejing until August 27th.
