Robert Harris of High Springs struck and killed Maurice Daniels who was riding his bicycle December 26th 2007 . High Springs Chief of Police Jim Troiano says although the victim died, this was not a case of manslaughter.Harris was issued a civil citation for careless driving and will pay a fine of 1-hundred-44 dollars.
