Man Beats Roommate, Charged With battery

An Ocala man beat his 80-year-old roommate Saturday. According to a Marion County deputy, Ida Mae Ross was found bleeding at a gas station. Authorities then found 40-year-old Richard Manley at Ross' home with blood on his hands and face, but wasn't cut himself. Manley is being charged with battery on a person older than 65.
