A missing Florida teen is safe in Texas. Fifteen year old Morgan Leppert of Putnam County was discovered panhandling with her twenty-two year old boyfriend, Toby Lowry. The pair is wanted for questioning in connection with a possible homicide and Putnam County Sheriff Dean Kelly claims Leppert is currently free of charges. Sixty-six year old James Stewart was found dead in his Melrose home on Thursday, and authorities believe Lowry may know something about the crime. The couple was found in El Paso, Texas.
