A missing Putnam County teen was found safe in Texas. 15-year-old Morgan Leppert was found with her 22-year old boyfriend after an Amber Alert was made on April 22nd. Putnam County Sheriff's Office Spokesman Keith Riddick says they are still working on whether or not a kidnapping charge should be pressed against boyfriend Toby Lowry.

Lowry has been tied in the homicide of 66-year old James Stewart since Lowry left the state with his truck. Riddick had no comment on the homocide of Stewart at this point of the investigation. But Riddick did say Morgan was in great danger by being with Lowry.

Both Morgan and Lowry are in custody in El Paso for panhandling. Riddick says he does not know when either of them will be returning home.
