Coach Billy Donovan who signed a five year contract with The Orlando Magic is reconsidering his decision. ESPN.com is reporting that after signing the contract, Donovan is wanting out. Since the signing, the issue if Donovan is in the hands of the attorneys. The Orlando Magic organization and attorney's will decide whether to enforce the contract and give Donovan a penalty or let him go. Donovan and Univeristy of Florida Athletics director Jeremy Foley have decided they will not speak on the matter until there is resolution and a final decision. It has been reported that The Magic have been in contact with former Miami Heat Coach Stan Van Gundy.
