While the north Florida search for missing two year old Trenton Duckett continues, his mothers estate is filing a lawsuit. Talk show host Nancy Grace, her producers, and C-N-N are named in a wrongful death suit being filed today. Melinda duckett committed suicide in September, shortly after an agressive questioning episode on Grace's T-V show. Kara Skorupa is the attorney for the Duckett estate. Grace repeated asked Duckett about her missing son. Skorupa says it was so aggressive it may have helped lead Melinda duckett to kill herself. Marion county investigators continue to search for young Trenton, believing statements from new witnesses they've talk to recently may mean he's still alive.
