Almost 20 horses may be a little healthier today after their owner has been arrested for animal cruelty. Marion County Code enforcement officers investigated 71-year-old Laurie Hulber's 19 acre farm in Citra. They found horses sick, injured and malnourished. Code Enforcement investigator Carol Cichy says Hulber's farm wasn't in good condition for the horses. Hulber will spend five days in prison, have one year probation, 80 hours of community service and spend 600 dollars in fines.
