Gators Drop In Both College Football Polls
Coming off a less than impressive 34-12 win over Miami of Ohio last weekend, the University of Florida football team drops in both the Associated Press and USA Today College Football polls.
Florida drops four spots to eighth in the AP poll and drops to sixth in the USA Today poll. Alabama and Ohio State are one and two respectively while Boise State is now third in both polls after beating Virginia Tech on Monday.
Boise State Makes A Statement In Win Over Va. Tech
Maybe Boise State belongs with the big boys of college football after all.
The Broncos, ranked third by the AP and fifth in the USA Today Coaches Poll, may have made a statement to all voters and all of college football that they could be BCS title contenders after beating nationally ranked Virginia Tech 33-30 Monday night in Maryland.
NFL News And Notes
